Love at First Sight: Capturing Rosie and Rory's Scottish Wedding in Edinburgh

As a Scottish wedding photographer based in Edinburgh, I had the pleasure of capturing the love story of Rosie and Rory on February 11, 2023, at the iconic Mansfield Traquair. The stunning venue provided the perfect backdrop for their fairytale-like celebration, with its intricate Gothic architecture and historic charm.

Rosie looked like a true Russian Tzarina in her stunning off-the-shoulder gown, and Rory looked dashing in his traditional kilt. It was a dream come true for me to photograph such a beautiful couple on their special day.

As I captured their first look, it was evident that the couple's love for each other was deep and genuine. It was a magical moment that they will cherish forever. We took advantage of the historic venue's unique features to create some stunning portraits of the couple that showcased their love and connection.

One of the most heartwarming moments of the day was when Rory recounted the story of how he met Rosie. He had told Rosie's brother that he was going to be his new brother-in-law because he was sure that he would marry Rosie.
